Shipping policy

What is the delivery time?

The delivery consists of two phases:

  1. Processing time

    – Your order will be checked, approved and packed within 24 hours of ordering.

    – The package is then prepared for shipment.

  2. Shipping

    – Your package will then be handed over to our shipping partner.

    – We always strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Note: Delivery time may vary depending on shipping partner and external conditions such as holidays and busy periods.


How much does shipping cost?

We offer free premium shipping, which includes insurance against theft, loss or damage during transit.


Where is my package?

– Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

– You can track your order via the provided link.

– For logistical reasons, your order may be sent in several partial deliveries.


My tracking number is not working.

– It may take some time for the tracking information to update.

– If information still does not appear after a few days, you are more than welcome to contact our customer service — we will be happy to help you.


Delivery to pickup location

– If your order is delivered to a Pick-up Point, the package must be picked up within the specified time limit.

– The carrier sends a message when the package is ready for pickup.

Important:

– Keep an eye on the tracking link and your email inbox.

– Unclaimed packages are automatically returned to our warehouse after the storage period.

– It is the customer's responsibility to collect the package on time. Failure to collect may result in additional costs or forfeiture of the right to return.
