Shipping

All orders at MØEN HAGEN are processed within 24 hours.

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.

We offer free delivery in Denmark with PostNord.

Return

You always have a 30-day right of return from the day you receive your order.

To return:

  • Make sure the item is in original condition.

  • Contact us via kontakt@moenhagen.com or use our live chat and we will send you return instructions.

Once we have received and approved your return, we will refund the amount within 5–10 business days via the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Payment

With us you can pay securely with:

  • Apple Pay

Discount codes

If you have a discount code, enter it in the “Gift card or discount code” field at checkout.

  • Codes cannot be combined (the highest discount applies).

  • If you return your order, the code will be reactivated for your next purchase.
