General terms and conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following applies:

• Withdrawal period : The period during which the consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal.

• Consumer : A natural person who purchases as a private individual.

• Day : Calendar day.

• Durable data carrier : A medium that allows information to be stored and reproduced unchanged.

• Company : Møen Hagen , which offers products via distance selling.

• Distance sales contract : A contract concluded without physical presence, via distance communication.

Article 2 – Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to cancel the purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Article 3 – Application

These terms and conditions apply to all offers and agreements between Møen Hagen and the consumer.

The terms and conditions are made available to the consumer before the purchase agreement is concluded.

Article 4 – Offers

If an offer has a limited validity or special conditions, this is clearly stated.

All product information must be accurate and sufficient to form the basis for a purchase.

Article 5 – Agreement

The agreement is concluded when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions.

When placed electronically, the order is immediately confirmed by the company.

Article 6 – Returns

The consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal by returning the product in its original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Instructions for return are provided by the company.

Article 7 – Return costs

The consumer bears the costs associated with returning the product when exercising the right of withdrawal.

Article 8 – Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods manufactured to customer specifications or with a personal touch.

• Sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once the seal is broken.

• Goods that are inseparably mixed with other products.

Article 9 – Prices

The prices stated are valid for the period stated. The company may adjust prices in the event of changes in legislation or taxes.

Article 10 – Compliance and warranty

• Møen Hagen* guarantees that the products correspond to the agreement and the expectations that can reasonably be set.

Article 11 – Delivery and performance

Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. If delivery is not possible, the consumer will be informed and an alternative or refund may be offered.

Article 12 – Ongoing agreements

If an ongoing agreement (subscription) is entered into, the consumer can terminate with one month's notice.

Article 13 – Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made upon ordering.

Article 14 – Complaints

Complaints about errors or defects in the product must be submitted to the company no later than 7 days after the error is discovered.

Article 15 – Disputes

Any dispute between the consumer and the company will be settled according to Danish law, regardless of the consumer's place of residence.
